Supervisory Program Analyst, GG-0343-14, Census-CB-TG
The individual selected for this position will:Provide advisory services to project manager(s) on risk management, schedule management, change control and configuration management.Develop, monitor and update schedules for projects during planning and implementation phase.Analyze and evaluate major program goals and objectives.Manage, engage and communicate with internal/external stakeholder(s) on program requirements, agenda and inquiries.
Specialized Experience: For the GG-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Experience applying project management principles to assigned projects; applying independent judgement when detailed instructions are not provided; experience working with diverse team and individuals to identify and resolve conflict which affect the outcome of program goal and objective; experience communicating in writing and in person to various levels of stakeholders; and managing and engaging with a variety of internal/external stakeholders.
