· Advising technical representatives and requesting offices on preparation and development of contractually acceptable specifications, work statements, and quality assurance criteria.

In addition, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Perform pre-award and post-award contractual actions in the procurement of construction, facilities services, public utilities, environmental actions, and/or architect/engineering design services and supply contracts; 2) Utilize negotiation and sealed bid procedures, sole source and source selection procedures, and simplified acquisition procedures in the preparation and administration of contracts; and 3) Review procurement packages, determine methodology, and assure special provisions are included; and 4) Make recommendations for contract award to the Contracting Officer.
