As an Administrative/Technical Specialist, your duties may include, but are not limited to:
· Coordinating the logistics for a variety of training programs.
· Ensuring facilities are available, open and ready, and ensuring training materials and equipment are available.
· Maintaining employee training enrollment and completion records.
· Analyzing training course cost and developing input into the training program budget for programs assigned.
· Compiling results of course evaluations and surveys to evaluate course effectiveness.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-9/10 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector monitoring a workforce development program.
