Program Analyst (Business Programs) NF-0343-05
Serves as a senior program analyst for Business Programs at the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) level providing subject matter expertise and recommendations to the command. Analyzes policy issues and develops programs, policies, procedures and practices that promote economy, efficiency and effectiveness in Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) operations.
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level. Qualified Candidates will possess managerial or supervisory work experience that demonstrates comprehensive analytical skill and acquired formal training in financial analysis and financial management systems. Highly Qualified Candidates will possess four (4) years experience in FMWR operations and/or financial management programs that provided a general knowledge of overall FMWR operations and operational experience in hospitality operations, financial analysis, and budget operations. -or- Will possess a graduate degree in finance, accounting, or business. Education is not required for this position and will not be utilized in determining minimum qualifications.
